Return Policy

This Return Policy describes our policies regarding returns from purchases made from (the “Site”).


Return any unused or defective merchandise to our office by mail or in person. Returns must be made within 30 days of the order delivery date and must be in it's original packaging, unopened and intact, accompanied by a complete RMA form (return form).
We reserve the right to approve or deny return requests. If your return is approved, you will be notified and a RMA number will be provided to you.  You will receive an update  within 5 business days, from the day we receive the item. If your return is denied, the items will be shipped back to you in a timely manner. 


1. Fill out a RMA form, The form must be complete. 
2. If you are provided a RMA number, ship the item(s) in question to the following address: 2105 Rue Bombardier, Ste-Julie, Qc, J3E2N1, Canada. The RMA number must be included in the parcel or emailed to us within resonable delay. The item must be shipped via a prepaid transportation, no collect shipments will be accepted unless previously authorized. Please keep a record of the tracking code when sending back the item(s) to us in case of loss. 
3. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you send your return for it to be processed. A member of our team will contact you once the return is received and will inform you of its approval status. 
4. If approved, the refund will be made within 5 business days. A 10% return inspection fee will be deducted from your credit/refund unless otherwise stated.
